The Eighth 2004 LOUISIANA SCRATCH TOUR tournament was played at Beau Chene, Madisonville, LA. Frank Briseno IV from River Ridge, LA placed 1st in the regular division with a 72 & 73 for a tournament total of 145. Ben Hargis from Alexandria, LA placed 1st in the senior division with a  68 & 72 for a tournament total of 140.
