The 2004 LOUISIANA SCRATCH TOUR Tour Championship was played at Beau Chene, Madisonville, LA. Frank Briseno IV from River Ridge, LA placed 1st in the regular division with a 75 & 73 for a tournament total of 148. Duke Truby from Mandeville, LA placed 1st in the senior division with a  69 & 71 for a tournament total of 140.
