The second LOUISIANA SCRATCH TOUR 2003 tournament was played at Riverlands in LaPlace, LA Feb 22nd & 23rd. Ryan McLin from Prairieville, LA - Pelican Point Country Club placed 1st in the regular division with a 76 & 76 for a tournament total of 152. Rick Bratcher from LaPlace, LA - Riverlands Country Club placed 1st in the senior division with a 76 & 70 for a tournament total of 146.
